It has been a wild ride, but today I am leaving the company I have worked with for the past 8+ years. As I mentioned in my previous post about telling my boss I was quitting to travel the world, the team there have been the most supportive I could have hoped for. Everyone is beyond excited and maybe a little bit jealous about my next adventure and I am very sad I can’t bring them all along!

Logan's Goodbye-2
The best leadership team

I’ve had it really good both here in DC at my current location and at my prior one in Colorado. The people I have worked with are so incredibly talented in so many facets and they all come together for a common purpose. I will always take with me the lessons I have learned there and am so grateful to have found a company I enjoyed working for!

We have a tradition on the occasion of an employee’s last day in the company, that the entire staff comes out and claps them out of work while one person gives a verbal recount of their time with us and where they are headed next. I barely made it out of my store in Colorado without getting choked up and I wasn’t even leaving the company then. This time around I have worked in DC for four years and owe a lot of my growth to the amazing leadership team here.

There is just no way I’m making it out of there without getting emotional!
